Building a brand requires a strong foundation, and this first step—whether we’re meeting a new client for the first time or working with a partner who has been with us since day one—is when strategy starts to take shape. Together, we’ll talk about the purpose of the project, identify potential hurdles, set expectations and articulate what success looks like. We’ll ask hard questions, because in order to advance your mission, we need to challenge you to raise the bar.

After a concept is chosen, the team executes design—for whatever platform is needed—and works to bring it to life. With expansive custom illustration capabilities in-house and a team of skilled artists on-staff, we bring our talent to the table every time, for every client. We don’t rest until we’ve produced the most effective, cutting-edge and aesthetically pleasing pieces.

We’re not going to lie; this isn’t the sexy part. This is all about research and reflection, and it’s the phase where we spend the most time—up to 50 percent of any project’s timeline, in fact. We do it because we have to: We’re passionate about protecting our client’s identity, and we want every project to stand out in fresh, original and innovative ways. We know that it’s not enough for a design or campaign to strike a chord with our client; it needs to reach and resonate with their stakeholders and audiences in order to influence action.

deliver

Our clients are our partners, and we work together every step of the way. So, the delivery of our work is far from a big “reveal”—our clients are an integral part of the creative process. Still, we take enormous pride in delivering a finished product, and it gives all of us a bit of a thrill to present a package that reflects the best of the original vision, goals and emotional impact that we first explored during our kick-off meeting.

conceptualize

When you partner with GRAPHEK, you partner with all of us. Rather than depending on just one creative director, our entire team contributes their unique perspectives and varied talents to client projects. As a result, this phase is all about brainstorming, sketching, collaborating and (maybe) a little wadded-up-paper-throwing. It’s all for the same purpose: to develop intentional and thought-provoking ideas that will convey our clients’ vision.
